Christian perspective in learning pervades all areas of DCS education, but we know that preparing the "whole child" means we have to prepare our children academically. Being recognized by organizations that evaluate and recognize schools for excellence in education help us make sure that our academic prepration is top-notch.
Denver Christian Schools has been a member of Christian Schools International (CSI) since 1923, giving Denver Christian Schools access to and partnership with a long-standing organization that facilitates the best Christian school education in America. In addition, DCS is accredited by the North Central Association of Schools and Colleges (NCA), a world-class education association. NCA accreditation means that families are assured that DCS continually aligns itself with the highest standards of education. NCA is recognized by the most respected colleges and universities. DCS has been accredited by NCA since 1979! NCA has very demanding requirements for accreditation, and DCS not only meets but exceeds NCA requirements and standards. We believe that this is just one of the many reasons why Denver Christian Schools was recognized by 5280 Magazine as "Best High School for a Seeker" in 2005.
