Welcome to Denver Christian Schools
Welcome to our community of students, parents, and teachers dedicated to
- nurturing and celebrating your child’s interests and gifts. Your inspired child discovers unique and personal ways to see the world through the eyes of God.
- challenging your student to reach his or her potential—academically, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Your equipped child understands and applies God's truth, wherever it is found.
- preparing your son or daughter to transform this world for Christ. Your engaged child seeks to help this world become all that God intends it to be.

Jesse Ham Signs National Letter of Intent
Jesse Ham, a forward for the Denver Christian Schools men's soccer team has signed a National Letter of Intent with California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly). Jesse, a two-time all-state player in Colorado was recruited by several Division I schools, but decided on Cal Poly after visiting the campus in August. The two deciding factors for his decision to attend Cal Poly were the academic program and support for the men's soccer team. Congratulations, Jesse!
9News Highlights Denver Christian 8th Grader, Avery Sweeney
Avery Sweeney, an 8th grade student at Denver Christian – Highlands Ranch Campus, is engaged in the political process in a very tangible way. Avery has been researching laws regarding the licensing of senior drivers and is working hard to change the licensing requirements in Colorado. She has written a bill called “Grier’s Law” in honor of Grier Laughlin, a father who lost his life when an 89-year-old driver hit his car in a head-on collision. All three of his children were in the back seat and survived. Both Grier and the 89-year-old woman lost their lives. Grier was a coach to some of our students at Denver Christian and touched the lives of many children. Grier’s life inspired Avery to make a difference by contacting Colorado representatives and senators in hopes of finding a sponsor for the bill. If she cannot find a sponsor in this legislative session, Avery will try again in the future.
We are proud of Avery’s efforts and determination! To see the video clip from 9News, click here.
