Dear Denver Christian Parents,
On behalf of the Parent Association at Pearl Street which serves the high school (HSPA), we welcome you to Denver Christian Schools. If you are new to the Denver Christian family, we are eager to meet you and we hope that you will soon join our group of parent volunteers. If you are a longstanding member of the DCS family but have not yet become involved with our parent association, we invite you to consider how you might become involved in your children's school life.
The HSPA works to build strong community ties among and between students, parents, other family members, teachers, and the administrative staff. We believe in supporting one another through service, prayer, and a commitment to authenticity, fun, fellowship, and mutual encouragement.
The HSPA provides volunteer support to the Pearl Street campus in many ways:
- Welcoming new families
- Covering our campus and the school as a whole in prayer
- Serving families in need
- Serving hot lunch
- Recognizing teachers and staff birthdays
- Providing occasional faculty lunches, and
- Much, much more!
